Saturday 2 March 2019, Edinburgh
Come, join us for an afternoon of stillness, breathwork, laughter and love at thewonderful space that is Beetroot Sauvage Wellness Centre in Newington, Edinburgh.
Meditation is a wonderful thing which helps us centre ourselves, ground ourselves back into what is true, what is real, and what is meaningful - not the noise and the nonsense that can engulf us. .
In our time together, we will explore a host of meditations, and you will take away life-long practices, tools and techniques to help manage the stresses and strains of this here thing called life. Led by experienced meditation teacher Sue Lancaster (British School of Meditation), you will be supported in developing your own meditation practice whilst getting to experience a number of guided meditations based around the breath in the body in the moment.
There are so many benefits of meditation, but to feel, to 'get' it beats any other narrative or explanation. This workshop will equip you with a variety of techniques and ways you can connect to and use your breath as part of a meditation practice. You'll also get a handout which is a handy reference guide. This also means you get to embody all the afternoon has to offer without trying to remember what has been covered.
